Counselling Sessions
Counselling can help you explore your concerns and issues in a safe and secure environment. You have all the answers within you, but sometimes you just need someone to hear you without judgement or prejudices as you work through your concerns, that’s where a good counsellor comes in.

* The initial session will be 1.5 hrs, with subsequent sessions being 60 mins in duration. Please select the correct session for your booking.
