“It’s time to reclaim your self-worth, your voice, and your future.”

Overview
The Reclaiming Self Workshop is a trauma-aware program delivered exclusively in partnership with organisations, community services, and government departments. These in-person workshops are designed to support women in the survivorship stage of trauma, domestic violence, grief, or major life transitions.

It is not group therapy. Instead, it is a guided self-discovery process based on Stage One of the Proactive Needs and Boundaries Method™ – The Four Pillars of Needs™: Dealbreakers, Needs, Wants, and Offerings.

Workshop Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand the difference between dealbreakers, needs, wants, and offerings. They will begin identifying what they truly need to feel safe, supported, and seen. They will recognise where they may have overgiven, suppressed, or lost clarity on their needs. They will leave with tangible tools for continued self-reflection and growth.

What’s Included
Each participant receives a printed 222-page trauma-informed workbook. They also receive a premium care pack that contains a pen, bookmark, a reusable bag, and a post-workshop referral resource sheet.
