Requirements
To be eligible for practitioner training, you will need:

A background in counselling, psychology, social work, psychotherapy, coaching, mental health, or holistic healing.

Completion of the three core courses: Four Pillars of Needs™, Four Stages of Boundaries™, and the 3 C’s of Asking™.

A commitment to embodying the method personally before guiding others, which may include, for example:

Identifying and communicating your own needs, wants, dealbreakers, and offerings.

Practising boundary awareness and noticing shifts across the Four Stages.
-
Using the 3 C’s of Asking (Clarify, Confirm, Collaborate) in both personal and professional contexts.
-
Reflecting on your process through journaling, peer discussion, or supervision.
-
This is not a tick-the-box certification; it is a lived practice first, and professional teaching second.
Training Format
Practitioner training is offered once a year as an immersive on-site retreat. This experience is designed to take you from living the method personally to guiding others through it professionally. Places are limited to ensure an intimate and high-quality experience.
